my abdominal size not reduced what I can do for this....1 year gone

A. You gave to start some physical exercise in your daily routine so either join yoga or any workout if your choice can be started abd keep a check on your diet avoid oily fried junk foods packet foods

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
