my 9 months old son got his lower tooth.n he always wants something to chew. my in laws insisting not to give any toothers now,as he may get crooked teeth. is this right?

Teether is a completely safe thing to be given to the child is not going to affect anything into the mouth no teeth nothing at all it’s in fact going to be beneficial reducing down the irritation into the gums your in-laws must be working upon traditional mindset which was there but now things have changed a lot
