Q.
My 9 month old son is starting to get rashes on his cheeks and the skin on his cheeks feel quite rough to the touch. Why is this happening? Is it because of the weather? I stay in the northeast region of India, so it's starting to get cold out here.

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact causegu so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
