My 9 month old has this tear skin around her toe? What is this? Is this serious?

A. If the skin has come of its own, new skin will grow and it will become allright. If the skin has come out through an injury then you must consult the doctor with immediate effect. Tetanus injection had to be given, which doctor will be decide the same.
