my 8 year old son had skin dryness in winter and that dryness turns out to be skin rashes now and having very hard skin on face and arms

Nmfe vitamin E cream you can apply regularly and specially during the winter seasons after giving a bath if it suits the skin of the child apply mustard oil on the entire body that is going to be helpful in reducing down dryness and will also be equally helpful in providing nourishment and hydration to the skate
