To avoid rashes, it is advisable to give some diaper free time to baby, change the diaper after every 4-5 hours and use any rash cream or coconut oil before and after changing the diaper. Use any premium diaper like I'm using R for Rabbit diapers which comes with a great absorbency and keeps the baby rash free.
