A. U can use Happynap cream.. it worked for my baby girl .

A. yes it is better not to use diaper till the rashes are cured.. you can use coconut oil to treat and prevent diaper rashes.. clean at regular intervals with Babyhug wet wipes.. you can use Babyhug advanced pant style diaper for baby..
