Change recipes fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, oats, Dalia, sooji porridge, Idly, ragi porridge, malts are suggested.
Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee, Steamed and mashed apple are naturally sweet so feed every alternate day , steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, Beans, dal kichdi are normal so feed Once a while, check suitability before introducing new food item.
Don't use sugar, salt, oil in baby foods only add ghee, unsalted butter, dates syrup or powder for sweetness that too occasionally.
