my 8 months baby is constipated. he cries while doing motion. it got stuck won't come out. what to do

A. Check with your doctor for the time being if you can give some stool softener but in general I must tell you you should give plenty of fluids and fibre in the diet which really helps a lot and easy and better digestion of the food and easy motion as well
