my 8 month old baby boy has a smoky red pathch near the pupil of right eye. he don't have cold. is this any serious issue. plse recommend!

A. is the baby got hurt by any chance.. as it could be because of that.. any kind of press as sleeping.. may be it will get cure of its own in some time.. wait.. give cold compress.. consult the doctor if it is there.. get checked..
