My 8 month old after starting solids dont sleep for more than 3 hr at stretch and he has not gained good weight when he was breastfed even after he is having nut powders khichdi etc what to do now

A. Namaste Mom, These phases and patterns arent temporary and hence would keep on changing as well, so would rather suggest , that morning give massages , warm water bath, give filling feed and solids , gradually once playing out well enough they would sleep,
