Q.

my 8 month baby is having nasal congestion and mild coughing. chest is clear. no fever.Im Giving him saline nasal drop. someone suggested sinarest AF drop. want to know the dose of Sinarest AF drop and any other suggestion in this case. baby weight is around 8 kg

A. in mild case there's no need to give oral medications as they cause irritability in kids. give saline nasal drops six hrly. apply noble cold ointment over baby's chest back And neck. give indirect steam inhalation twice a day

A. The Drop that was suggested to you is just an antiallergic one and it is mostly for cold not for cough so you can give indirect steam in halation to the child and also you can nebulise your child that is definitely going to help better than this one
