My 7yrs old son is not as tall as his equal aged cousins. What should I do or give him which will boost his growth.

To gain proper growth nutrition plays an important role . please óffer protein rich diet like egg, soyabean, pulses,sprouts also add energy in food in terms of gheeand sweet. You must indulge kid in exercise and different outdoor games to stimulate bone growth centres. Also consult with pediatrics endocrinologist. kid's height depends on mid parentL height

Yes So I would like to tell you the height of the child would completely depend on the genetics of the child so if your child is not having appropriate height as of now it’s okay maybe the genetics of the child is different also I’d like to tell you that in terms of boys they’re really pick up where after the age of 8 to 10 years also so there is nothing you need to worry about as of now
