my 7week old baby spit up alot..is that normal? my paediatrician says it's normal if she is gaining weight..she is gaining ok but I am worried

Your paediatrician is absolutely right because kids suffer with an issue of stomach reflex which a lot of parents do not know about which can lead to a lot of vomiting and spit ups also and continuous urine and motions can also be seen during this age
