My 7month old had his vaccination today n it's been fussy for a while now.. is this a concern

A. Irritation into the vaccination site or pain into the acceleration into the vaccination site which is completely normal because kids have irritation and pain at the same time during the time of vaccination so it could be a side-effect of the same you can give paracetamol to the child if needed

Q. my baby is 3.5 months old,Penta vaccination was done day before yesterday,she was crying n on injection site has swallow n it has become too hard lik a stone n she s too fussy. Doctor gave Thrombophob to apply. From morning she s crying even in sleep n having fever. Will this Help heal my baby's wound. kindly suggest.
