My 7-year-old son gets very stressed whenever he has exams. He complains of stomach pain, sometimes vomits, and has difficulty concentrating and studying. He also says that he is unable to remember the answers to the questions he has studied. Please suggest how I can guide and support him during exams.

It is just a mental stress and it’s a basic psychological issue that a lot of kids have so tell your child not to treat it like an exam in fact you should talk to the school people also don’t make the child fear in the name of this is a regular practice to know how well are you performing and also would suggest you to do regular counselling yourself and consult a child counselling your child requires proper counselling at this stage
