my 7 weeks baby is having small pus pimples and also sweat pimples after the use of Cetaphil products. is it because of products or this is normal? I'm using this product for the past 3 days. do I want to continue or stop? plz anyone suggest

A. small pus filled pimples aapearing all over if spreading visit the doctor maintain hygiene use lacto calamine lotion on the rashes or candid dusting powder.. take care
