my 7 months old still shake her head and not hold confidently while sitting ..

See Sitting independently only happens by the age of 8 to 8 1/2 years but the head should be stable maximum by the age of 4 to 5 months if your child’s head is still shaking then you should get it checked with a child specialist because after that only you can be more sure about this issue
