Q.
my 7 month old baby will be undergoing pyeloplasty surgery next month,he has an obstruction in his left kidney with only 30 per functioning.Any inputs regarding the surgery ,after care and regarding renal function improvement would be very helpful.Kindly those who have already faced this situation pls elaborate .
