Q.

My 7 month old baby take semi solids such as raggi, banana powder, cerelac etc upto 90ml only at a time. I feed using spoon bottle feeder which is of 90ml only. is that enough for her age or should i increase the quantity?

A. I dont formula feed, breastfeed only also other semi solids, but my concern is that 90ml enough at a time ie, morning 90ml of cerelac, afternoon 90ml of banana powder or raggi etc and at night same 90ml of other semi solids. in between i feed her fruits or vegetables etc.

A. Feeding your baby: from 7 to 9 months As a guide, formula-fed babies may need around 600ml of milk a day. Gradually increase the amount and variety of food your baby is offered to ensure they get the energy and nutrients they need.
