RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Maam take a temperature with a thermometer to see whether it is fever or not and if it is no fever then don’t worry about it if the body or the head is warm then you can do cold sponge which will be helpful in reducing the temperature
