You can completely relax on that part warms in the body are very common that’s basically due to you know unhealthy habits kids take dirty hands into the mouth and pick up things from the floor and eat it’s normal so you can check with your doctor what deworming medication would be appropriate as per the current age of your child and how do you need to give it it’s a normal thing so please do not get paranoid with it
