my 7 month old baby fontanelles is suddenly little sunken than usual today is there any problem with that

A. I don’t think like it would be a problem but if it is like that and if it is shown more like this over the period then in that case you need to check with your doctor because without an assessment it would be difficult to give you correct assistance on that just once you should check with your doctor
