A. At seven months old, babies can start to eat a variety of fruits as part of their solid food introduction. Here are some suitable fruits for a seven-month-old baby: 1. **Bananas**: Soft and easy to mash, bananas are an excellent choice for babies. 2. **Apples**: Cooked and pureed apples are ideal. Raw apples can be grated or finely chopped if the baby is ready for more texture. 3. **Pears**: Like apples, pears should be cooked and pureed or finely chopped for texture. 4. **Peaches**: These can be peeled, pitted, and pureed or mashed. 5. **Mangoes**: Ripe mangoes can be pureed or mashed. 6. **Avocados**: Rich in healthy fats, avocados can be mashed or cut into small pieces. 7. **Blueberries**: Puree or mash blueberries. Alternatively, cook them slightly to soften before mashing. Always ensure the fruits are ripe, soft, and cut into small, manageable pieces to prevent choking. Introduce new fruits one at a time to monitor for any allergic reactions. Avoid adding sugar, honey, or any other sweeteners.
