Q.

my 7.5 month baby has developed this hypopigmented patch..about 1 cm in diameter and rough to touch its there since 15 days can anyone suggest what to do with it? ps.he has developed similar hypopigmented patch on thighs when he was 2 months old.On consultation with doctor he said it was tinea infection and would go away on application of antigungal and it went with time.

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of thed child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin. x
