Q.
My 6month old baby has started solid and has become constipated and screams at night.he is a light sleeper.what should I do to ensure he doesn’t wake up at night?

See the child will wake up at night because the child gets hungry so there are two problems that you are facing so First is constipation so give more fluids along with the food that you gave like water content should be good second is that your child is a light sleeper so you can use cotton or earplugs when the child goes to sleep prefer using earplugs they are much better as they fix into the ear and they are much better to use and for hunger you should give proper feeding in the night the child sleeps better and if this pain then you can give Bonnisan to reduce on gas and stomach related issues
