my 61/2 years old grand son passes urine red in colour it will be dark yellow or in red he dont have any pain reason please

Are you giving anything in particular of red or pink colour to the child like be true or anything which has a very dominant colour because of the child is eating any of those then red colour could be possible because of that but if your child is not eating anything and still red colour is persisting then you have to get a urine culture done for your child
