Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids . so please keep your child well hydrated give few spoons of water after meal or during play time. offer plenty of breastfeeds ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day. but if a child feel discomfort, having fever or passes Urine with fishy or foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
