My 6 year old son is having this refer to photo, so what can we do to get rid of.

It could be lipoma which is basically a fat fat wall into the body it could be genetically there but I am not very certain about it you have to get it check with your doctor for clarity they can only tell you whether you need to remove it or not because it does not create any problem with the body
