My 6 year old kid accidentally swallowed 500 mg paracetamol.. what should i do??

A. A child vomit immediately that’s what you can do take some warm water and make your child vomit it out just warm water at tons of salt into that and make your child have it forcefully it’s a very heavy dosage at your child if it is not going to come out of the system mostly you will see that your child will be very drowsy through the day and due to side-effect of medicine sometimes vomiting and indigestion can also happen so if required please consult your doctor as well
