my 6 year old has these small bumpy patch of rashes on her right hand with some itching. can you advise what is it and how to cure it?

It is definitely an allergy I can assure you on that or some kind of an infection that is there you have to have an assessment with your doctor physically wants to know what exactly is the problem is on that basis only they can advise you with the treatment currently if you want you can apply calamine lotion for the time being
