My 6 year daughter was having fever and cold cough last to last week then it was ok this week. But from Friday again she is having fever I don’t know what is happening. We did her vivid test also which was negative. Please suggest

A. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. or having other signs like cough, looose motion should be attended to immediately.
