My 6 weeks old baby is keep crying while breastfeeding.. it's very difficult to calm him down elder people advised to give gripe water.. can I give him gripe water or wat else I do to solve this issue

A. no use of gripe water, is your milk supply is sufficient fir her..?! give your baby is in the right position to feed, and give burps after feeding.. tc

A. yes milk is sufficient mam.. sometimes milk let down fastly..
