A. Gently massage the area between the nose and corner of eye where the tear ducts are located.

A. hi dear mom..generally it opens on its own....or with massage....but first confirm with doctor wether the eye duct is closed or not....please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment. happy parenting
