Q.
my 6 months baby falls from bed , cried for 3 to 4 mints,he don't have any external injury, no vomiting, he is playing well,...is there any chance of internal injury? did it effect for his brain development?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. majority of the times it is absolutely normal and there is no internal injury as baby brain is quite strong so you should still consult with your pediatrician and 24 hours is considered the observation period look out for vomiting
