Q.
My 6 months baby fall from bed on last night and he cried for 5 min and after that he is normal. No external injuries and everything is normal. We observed 24 hours and he is doing good and no changes in the daily activities. But still i am worried. Please suggest is there anything i can do. Thanks in advance.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. HEAD INJURY -It is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger science like severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting abnormal movements lethargy
Kindly meet your doctor imm3ediately for examination. For pain you can give paracetamol which will he4lp in also decreasing swelling on the head
