my 6 month old is suffering from fever. is us due to teething or sone other issue what to do

Keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk
keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour when she's awake
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
keep her at well maintained temperature
don't expose her to wind and dust
