my 6 month old daughter had red rashes all over the body when she got up today morning.. what could it be??

Ma’am Without monitoring them I would not be able to guide you with the right thing that as to what could be the reason behind it mostly these days kids are having heat rash because too much of hot weather and heat into the weather other than that if you think there is any other reason it would be advisable to consult your paediatrician ones please
