Q.

my 6 month old baby is facing difficulty in passing stool as we have started her giving diluted apple and carrot in very small quantities. she is trying to pass stool and the same is coming out in form of hard small pellets in very little quantity? baby is healthy and active and is trying to pass stool but is facing difficulty in it. can something be done about this?

A. Once solid foods are introduced into your baby's diet, his poop is going to change. ... Too much of any of these, especially cereal, could cause constipation in your baby.i Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate. give sipes of water after each solid feed.
