My 6.5 ye old girl has lower abdominal pain since today’s morning with frequent urination and had fever spike in afternoon for which I had given calpol but what might be the reason for this lower abdominal pain

A. may be uti or sone stomach infection. it is preferable to cobsult yiur local doctir and get her complete examinstion done for right diagnosis n management accordingly. o k .
