My 6.10 yr old son's 2 teeth fell and new ones came but the middle one dint fell it has tilted and felling. as in the pic the middle one has become like that

A. This is not right you should immediately get it checked with the dentist whatever the situation is according to that they will give you proper guidance because if it is going to be improper like this then it is going to be quite a problem
