My 5yrs 3M boy body is warm but has no fever(97°F - 98.8°F) , can i know why he is warmer? is this any low grade fever can i use paracip-suspesion( weight - 15.4kg)

A. Actually a lot of parents don’t know that kids can actually maintain a high body temperature though it is not fever but it can be little high so need not worry about it there’s no need to give any medicine if you want to naturally reduce the temperature then you do cold sponge that will help
