Q.
my 5yr kid fall and got hurt in right side of head .. small bumb is there.. he cried aa lot but he is fine bt after 2 hours he just vomit aa little? is there any concern about this?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with sfrhome analgesic like paracetamol.
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such dcase which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
