Q.

my baby is 10 month 13 days old he slip from my hand and fall down he cried BT then he will be fine BT I was feel does any problem

A. you can give paracetamol to the child and kindly si for abnormal science like excessive vomiting excessive crying abnormal movements and if any one of them occur then kindly meet your doctor for examination and treatment
