My 50 days old boy baby is having bad diaper rash for about 15 days. Doctor suggested to use napigard 5 times a day and combination of napigard and flutibact 3 times a day. He is pooping several times a day because of that the cream is not even sitting for 10 minutes. There is no improvement . how to cure it please help me? Is it very dangerous? attached the photo

Yes You can use the Boroline anti septic cream regularly on to that area that is definitely going to be the right thing that you can do as of now it is completely safe to be used and also the green that your doctor has advised you to go for but definitely the best ones to go for Boroline anti septic cream
