My 5 yr old fell down on the ground and hit her chin, Doctor gave antibiotics and after dressing also little bleeding is there, doctor said no stitches required will it heal on its own

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5.3 years old and she had a fall and injury on her chin so don’t worry it’s very superficial one just use ointment T Bact for daily dressing
