Q.

my son fell from small step of stairs after falling his chin hit the ground and after that he is not eating or drinking anything can u suggest something what should I do?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please be more careful and please divert baby mind when you want to eat baby and also if baby do vomit within twenty four hours then immediately consult with your doctor in person. Take care
