my 5 years kid has a rash all over his body from today morning like a bed bug bite .what could be the cause we are currently using atarax lotion and atarax syrup

sheerinMom of a 2 yr 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. my baby has faced the same issue... The doctor said there were some allergies that needed to be figured out... maybe plant so we removed that from home.. not happening from 2 days... hopefully will not repeat
