Q.

my 5 years girl is don't eat nothing she avoiding all food items including snacks also what can I do for she ate well please please tell me the solution

A. Low appetite can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite.
