A. Keep your voice quiet: Speak in a soft, low tone so he can borrow your calm.Ensure safety: Move him to a quiet, safe spot if he is throwing things or hitting.use fewer words: Do not try to lecture or reason while he is screaming; his brain cannot process it yet.Stay close: Sit nearby to show his big feelings do not scare you.

A. You have to understand what triggers your child because you have to monitor the behaviour of the child to understand what is so aggravating in the nature of the child so I am also going to advise you to check the haemoglobin levels as well

A. At 5 years old, frequent anger and irritation are common, but how you respond can either teach emotional control or accidentally make the anger stronger. The goal isn't to stop the child from getting angry; it's to teach them what to do with the feeling. When he is angry 1. Stay calm yourself Don't shout over him or lecture him while he's screaming. Use a low, firm voice: “I can see you're very angry. I'm here. I won't let you hit or hurt anyone.” 2. Don't immediately give what he wants If he learns “I scream → Mom gives me what I want,” the behavior gets reinforced. You can acknowledge the feeling without changing the boundary: “You really wanted that toy. It's okay to be angry. But the answer is still no.” 3. Give him a safe way to calm down Depending on the child: Sit quietly with you Take 5 slow breaths Drink some water Hug you if he wants one Squeeze a pillow Go to a quiet corner Draw what he's feeling Don't use isolation as punishment. Think “calm-down space,” not “naughty corner.” Once he's calm This is when teaching happens. Ask: “What made you angry?” “What did your body feel like?” “What could you do next time instead of hitting/shouting?” Teach simple words: “I'm angry.” “I don't like that.” “I need help.” “Can I have a turn?” You can even practice these when he's happy. Look for the trigger For a 5-year-old, anger is often worse when they're: Hungry Tired or sleeping poorly Overstimulated Spending a lot of time on screens Having difficulty at school Feeling ignored or jealous Being asked to stop something enjoyable suddenly Experiencing too many instructions or criticism Frustrated because they can't express what they want For one week, notice what happens immediately before the anger. You may find a pattern. One thing I'd strongly recommend Give him 10–15 minutes of positive one-on-one time every day, with no phone and no teaching. Let him choose the activity and simply play with him. Children who are frequently corrected can start feeling that “Mom is always angry with me.” Regular positive attention can change that dynamic surprisingly quickly. When to get professional help Talk to his pediatrician/child psychologist if the anger is very intense or getting worse, happens across home and school, lasts for long periods, or involves frequent aggression, destruction, severe sleep problems, regression, or significant difficulty making friends/learning. And don't label him “angry,” “bad,” or “naughty.” Separate the child from the behavior: “You are a good boy. Hitting is not okay.”
